Refund

We do not offer refunds on any purchases, all sales are final.

Exchange

Local Shipping in Lebanon:

We do offer an exchange option for local orders under the following conditions:

Feel free to exchange with any size, color or a different item, by notifying our team of the exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

If the order has surpassed the time limit, it's no longer eligible on our computer system.

Contact us via Instagram chat to arrange the process.

The item must be in the same condition and in its original package, unworn with the labels attached, otherwise the exchange will unfortunately not be accepted.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the full shipping fees.

We do not accept returns for any reason at the moment.

During sale periods, we do not accept exchanges for any reason.

Some items are not eligible for exchange and are mentioned under the product description.

International shipping with DHL:

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Delivery & Shipping

Every order is handled with care, from the moment it's placed until it reaches your doorstep.

Local Shipping:

We provide delivery services across all Lebanese regions. Local shipments usually take anywhere between 1 - 8 days to be received.

International Shipping:

We offer worldwide shipping through DHL shipping company.
The estimated delivery time will appear during checkout, as it varies based on your destination.

Kindly note that the customer is responsible for the full shipping, logistics and tax.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Cash On Delivery (COD):

You can pay through cash on delivery if you're in Lebanon only.

Whish Pay: You can proceed your payment through whish money.

Credit Card:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

Amazon Express:

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the Amazon Express site to complete your purchase before returning to our site.

Apple Pay:

Make sure you are logged in with your Apple ID. If necessary, enter your billing, delivery and contact information to confirm payment.
